Working on English-language product information for HAOLON has made me think about the relationship between a product page and the conversation that follows it.

My contribution has included organising website content and English materials, sharing product information, and helping clarify equipment enquiries.

For this work, the starting point is the bag someone wants to make: its format, dimensions and material, and the production steps they need to cover. Those details give a specification a useful context. A machine name or a headline speed alone cannot answer the whole enquiry.

The content also needs to preserve the conditions around a claim. Rated speed, configuration and the material being processed belong in the same conversation. Where a detail still needs confirmation, the wording should leave room for that confirmation.

AI has helped with drafting and implementation. My role is to connect the buyer's questions with the available product material and organise that information into a clearer next step.

I find this part of B2B communication especially interesting: good content can help both sides identify what they still need to know before a meaningful quotation can be prepared.
